Heat. Then the cold. Then heat again.
01 · The sauna
Wood-fired, slow to build, the way it should be. Sit as long as the heat is kind, then step out into the canal air.
02 · The plunge
Cold, quick, and bracing. A few seconds is plenty. The water does the rest.
03 · Repeat
Back to the heat, and round again. Three rounds is a good evening. Stay for the quiet after.
How it works
Book a slot. Bring a towel.
Sessions run by the hour, by the water. Guests staying the night can add the Byre to a booking; locals are welcome to book a slot on its own.
